Q Hello. I just arrived in Colombo and would like to extend my tourist visa to 90 days. Couple of questions: Where exactly is the office i need to go to? A Once you are in the country, initially thought, you cannot complete this process online, unless, using a 3rd party. However, recently they have added a Non-Resident Visa Extension section to do this process on the official

To obtain the necessary visa extension, visit the Battaramulla immigration office, which is easily accessible by bus. Be sure to bring your passport and a passport-sized photo, which can usually be obtained in the area.
