ITV 's Good Karma Hospital is back for a fourth season, complete with the return of Amanda Redman, Neil Morrissey, Amrita Acharia, Darshan Jariwala and Nimmi Harasgama.
However, it's not just the beloved characters and gripping plots that have been catching viewers' attention; the breathtaking beaches and tropical scenery are giving us a major dose of wanderlust.
Although the show is set in Kerala, India, it's not actually filmed there - but it is filmed on location in an equally hot and sunny hotspot.
That's because the cast and crew head to Sri Lanka to film the series, specifically in the Galle District.

The picturesque coastal town of Unawatuna is the main location, alhough there have been some scenes shot at the likes of Colombo .
Of course it's not difficult to see why Unawatuna caught the production team's attention.
It's long been a firm favourite with tourists thanks to stretches of golden sandy beaches, lush green vegetation, and awe-inspiring coral reefs that are filled with all manner of marine life, making them popular with snorkellers and divers.
